WATER FILLING MACHINE PRODUCTION LINE

This series of bottle water production lines are mainly used for
the Non-Aerated drink such as mineral water, pure water, non-gas
wine drink and so on, with optional capacity from 2,000 to
24,000BPH. The machine design is shortening the time for the drink
material contact with outside, Increased the sanitation condition

Bottle Rinsing Parts

The bottle-rinsing system is composed of water distribution valve,
bottle-holder, guiding rail and rotator plate. The outset of
rinsing can be adjusted by adjusting the angles
of water distribution valve. It is required that when the overturn
of bottle is done entering the water curtain the water nozzle
starts to spray water.

Bottle Filling Parts
We choose beverage drink all connecting parts is SUS304 or
SUS316.Welding rob must choose SUS316..100% make sure our machine
high quality.

Bottle Capping Parts
The Capper consists of an internal steel structure with stainless
steel casing. Fixed components include the cap hopper, cap feeder
and cam actuating capping heads. The cap feeder and all contact
parts are made of stainless steel or food grade plastic. The cap
feeder guides the caps onto a chute for pick-up. A rotative capping
turret with magnetic chuck heads applies plastic screw caps on PET
bottles.
