6. Shrink Wrapper Packaging Machine

Air Conveyor

This conveyor is mainly used to convey empty PET bottles form
bottle blowing machines or bottle sorting machines to filling
machines. The air inside is filtered and make the bottles clean.
The conveying speed and efficiency is high and can meet the
requirement of high speed filling machines. It has no damage to
bottle body. The arrangement form is flexible and includes
horizontal transmission, vertical transmission and turning
transmission.

Siemens Air Fan with Adjustor

The wind blowing port is made of 1.5mm thick stainless steel 304
plate. It uses standard steel stamping molding and then bending and
welding.The guardrail of bottles uses standard aluminum alloy with PE
material sheath.The standard model is M-746.
The fan uses centrifugal fan (model Y90L-2) equipping with tmedium
efficiency filter to ensure that the bottle mouth is clean.
