Automatic Rotary Type PET bottle Washing Filling Capping 3 in 1 Machine.

● Bottle is entered by air conveyor, the speed of bottle entering
is fast and bottle shape is not changed because of adopting hanging
clamping bottleneck way.
● Adopting clamping bottleneck way to wash bottle mouth and
avoiding touch screw mouth, adopting clamping bottleneck way in the
whole conveying process. When bottle type changes, you need to
change the board related with bottle diameter.
● Filling adopts cylinder feeding structure, filling valve adopts
high filling speed and mass flow rate valve which control liquids
level accurately and without loss.
● The capping system applies advanced French technology, when clamp
the cap will screw immediately and magnetic torque type capping
head.
● Main PLC and frequency changer are used famous brand, such as
Mitsubishi and Omron etc.

Washing Heads.
* Adopting the direct connection technology between the air duct
and the bottle feeding wheel, the bottle feeding screw and conveyor
chain are eliminated, and the bottle shape is simple and easy to
change. * Bottle transmission adopts the bottleneck clamping technology
throughout the whole process. Changing the bottle shape does not
need to adjust the height of the equipment. It only needs to
replace the arc guide plate, dial wheel and other nylon parts
related to the bottle diameter. * The high-speed line adopts bottle clamp transmission technology,
the bottle shape changes more freely, and the internal working
surface of the unit is more concise.
Filling Heads.
* The three-in-one unit completes the three processes of bottle
washing, filling and capping at one time, with little bottle wear,
accurate and stable transmission, and convenient bottle type
replacement. * The specially designed all-stainless steel bottle
washer bottle clamp is sturdy and durable, and does not touch the
threaded part of the bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution of
the bottle mouth. * High-speed and large-flow gravity filling
valve, fast filling speed, accurate liquid level without liquid
loss.
Capping Heads.
* All parts in contact with liquid are made of high-quality
stainless steel materials or food-grade engineering plastics, which
meet the national food hygiene standards. * The bottle bottom
support plate of the bottle output wheel adopts a spiral descending
method, and the height of the bottle conveyor chain is not required
to change the bottle shape.
Beverage pre-treatment system:
<1> The beverage processing system applies to beverage
processing for hot filling line and CSD filling line.
<2> product's scope hot water system, sugar dissolving system
( simple syrup system ), concentrate system, blending system (final
syrup system), CIP system, extraction system, kind of storage tank
/ valves / pipe / fittings, UHT system (plate / tubular type), and
carbo-cooler / mixer (manual / automatic)
Tube UHT Sterilizer.
The tube(pipe) sterilize machine can take hot process on the liquid
foods and beverage.
Bottle Inverse Sterilizer Machine.
It is mainly used in sterilizing PET bottle mouth and inside
surface of caps. in which haven't been disinfected by themal
tea,fruit juice which having been filed in PET bottle.
CIP Cleaning system
CIP plays role of rinsing syrup melting system, extracting and
dispensing system for juice, homogenizer, and air exhauster. UHT
sterilization system is attached with the CIP.
